Festivals
I've really Art festivals I've attended since 2007 - it's been a education for me to see my work through other people's eyes and to hear their feelings on certain photographs. I've learmed much from more experienced vendors.
Several of my photos seem to stand out as "favorites", the rustic homesteads, the garden scenes, and the butterflies seem to grab most of the attention. People seemed to be drawn to photos that bring up memories and feelings of past events. My husband calls it Americana - people are tired of the way the world is today, and long for the simplicity of yesterday.

Georgia Hummingbird Festival
Gaither's Plantation, Covington, GA
WOW! Was it HOT, HOT, HOT! It was still a great time.
September 15 &16, 2007:
Barnesville Buggy Days - Barnesville, GA
This was the largest of the festivals I've done, I've never seen so many people at one festival at one time! HUGE! The people were GREAT - the atmosphere was FUN and everyone seemed to have a good time.
September 29 & 30, 2007:
Bear Creek Festival
Park off Main Street, Hampton, GA
We had so much fun at this event - the people were great! We had good crowds both days, and met a lot of new people.
October 13, 2007:
Wagon Wheel Weekend
The Rock Ranch
5020 Barnesville Hwy. The Rock, GA 30285
The nicest people in the world work at this beautiful ranch. We were fed a light breakfast and all during the day, the hosts drove around offering us chilled water. This was a perfect place for the entire family, and there were many families who attended.

There were lots of holiday atmosphere making this an interesting shopping event. I sold quite a few note card packages and prints.
